Semi Blown Over on Highway 3 Near Cowley

COWLEY: The wind was causing problems on southern Alberta highways on Thursday, as Environment Canada was warning of gusts up to 110-kmh.
On Highway 3 a semi blew over, blocking both lanes of the roadway about two kilometers east of Cowley.
An alternate route was set up for drivers to get around the blockage, which was cleared after about two hours.
