LETHBRIDGE: The Lethbridge Hurricanes trounced the Moose Jaw Warriors 5-1 Friday night to pick up their first win in four games.

The Hurricanes held a 2-1 lead heading into the third period but only needed the first 21 seconds of the final frame to get one past Warriors netminder Brody Willms, as Cory Millette scored his 24th goal of the campaign.

Millette and Ryan Vandervlis both had two goals on the night.

Lethbridge will now head back to B.C Saturday night to visit the Kootenay ICE.
