Drugs and Double Barreled Shotgun Seized from Alleged Lethbridge Dealer

LETHBRIDGE: Fentanyl, cocaine, and a double-barrel shotgun were amongst the items seized during an ALERT bust last Thrusday (May 19th).

A tip from the public resulted in ALERT (Alberta Law Enforcement Response Team) conducting an investigation.

The organized crime and gang team arrested 41-year old Curtis Larko of Lethrbidge, when he left a south side restaurant. A search warrant was then executed at his home in the 1500-block of St. Francis Road North.

The search turned up $20-thosuand worth of drugs and cash. Larko was released on bail and will be back in court on June 2nd.

The itemized seisure included:

— Double-barrel shotgun;

— 98 fentanyl pills;

— 5 grams of cocaine;

— 37 grams of methamphetamine;

— 20 morphine pills;

— 74 grams of marijuana;

— 7 tabs of suspected LSD;

— Packaging, scales, and other drug trafficking paraphernalia 

Larko was released on bail and will be back in court on June 2nd.
