LETHBRIDGE – A preliminary inquiry is underway at the Lethbridge courthouse for a 22-year old Lethbridge woman charged with first degree murder.
On February 23, 2015, Lethbridge Police were called about an injured woman at a home along the 300 block of 19 Street North. EMS also attended, and pronounced 43-year old Katheline Amber Buck dead at the scene.
An investigation found the victim and another individual were at the home of an acquaintance, when they got into a fight over a past dispute, resulting in Buck’s death.
Julie-Ann Agerskov was arrested a short time later during a traffic stop and charged.
