LPS Ask For Help Identifying a Robbery Suspect

LETHBRIDGE:   Police are investigating an armed robbery and need the public’s help to identify the man responsible.

Around 9:54-pm on Wednesday (June 15th), police were called to an alarm at Centre Village Liquor along the 200 block of 12 Street North.

An unknown man entered the store, selected a bottle of liquor  and when he approached the counter, he produced a weapon, demanded cash and threatened the employee. An undisclosed amount of cash was provided and the man fled from the store.

The suspect is described as Caucasian, in his late 40s to early 50s, approximately six-feet tall with a slim build. He was wearing a black hoodie and blue jeans.
