Two Charged and Another Wanted in Assault Incident

LETHBRIDGE – Two males have been charged, and a third is wanted in connection to an incident late Tuesday night.
At around 11:45-pm on June 28, a 15-year old was walking along Columbia Boulevard at Rutgers Road West. The teen was approached by three unknown males and one of them tried to talk to him, but he was wearing headphones and continued walking.
The suspects then knocked him to the ground and repeatedly kicked him before fleeing the area. The boy was transported to hospital with soft tissue injuries.
Guy Charlton Mountain Horse, 18, from Cardston and another 17-year old, who cannot be identified, from Stand Off were arrested a short time after the assault, and charged with one count of assault. Both were remanded into custody to appear in court on June 29.
