British Goth Rockers Take on Enmax Centre

LETHBRIDGE – British post-punk goth rockers The Cult were at the Enmax Centre on Tuesday night, entertaining a nostalgic audience as they tour across Canada to promote their 10th studio album, “Hidden City.”

Local independent high-energy pop-punk group The Youngbloods opened up and pumped up the crowd.

Lead vocalist for the Cult, Ian Astbury, received a warm reception as they wailed out favourites such as “Rain” and newer material like “Dark Energy.”

The Cult hit the stage in Calgary on July 13, 2016.
