Man Suffers Potentially Life Threatening Injuries in Collision Near Grassy Lake

GRASSY LAKE – A male in his 20’s was airlifted to Foothills Hospital in Calgary by STARS Monday (July 25) afternoon with potentially life threatening injuries, following a collision near Grassy Lake.
STARS air ambulance confirmed that it happened at Highway 877 and Township Road 100 around 1:30 p.m. and involved a semi.
In addition to the male, Alberta Health Services noted that two others sustained serious injuries, while another three were stable.
No word yet from police on the cause of the collision.
