Public tips lead to RCMP resolution of two Coaldale theft Investigations

COALDALE –   RCMP from Coaldale have wrapped up investigations a couple of theft incidents, thanks to tips from the public in the past week.

Members of the public reported seeing stolen items listed on social media sites, including  DVD’s, childrens toys and hand tools.

An investigation confirmed the  items listed for sale within Coaldale were stolen.

Coaldale RCMP are extending a thank you  the public for reporting to the suspicious activities including those noted on social media sites. The public is further reminded that in some cases if the deal appears to be “too good to be true”, it may be that the items offered for sale are stolen.
