Project Connect Donation Drive

LETHBRIDGE – With the colder weather coming, donations are especially needed for the City of Lethbridge’s latest Project Connect donation drive.

Project Connect is an event that connects people in need of critical services who are experiencing homelessness and those at risk of homelessness.

Project Connect is requesting the following items:
– Men’s, women’s and children’s underwear and socks
– Adult and children’s winter gear (toques, scarves and gloves)
– Feminine hygiene products
– Bath towels and wash cloths
– Diapers
– Toiletry supplies: razors, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, etc
– Hair brushes and combs
– Deodorant
– Bottled water and juice boxes
– Granola bars, fruit snacks etc.

All donations can be dropped off on Saturday, Nov. 5, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the CASA parking lot.

Those unable to come to the donation drive on Nov. 5, can use any of the following alternative drop-off locations:
– City Hall – 3rd floor
– McMan Community Services, 435-5 Street South
– Lethbridge Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, 2324-5 Avenue North
– Save On Foods (West Lethbridge)
