Hundreds of dollars in change stolen from car wash

PINCHER CREEK – RCMP say a trio of car wash burglars made off with hundreds of dollars in change.
It happened during the evening of Friday, Jan. 13. According to police, the three suspects drove an older motorhome into the wash bay at Silver Spray Car Wash on Waterton Ave. in Pincher Creek, damaging the overhead door in the process. The woman and two men were caught on video breaking into the automated cash machine, stealing coins from inside.
No employees were at the car wash at the time of the incident.
