COALHURST – RCMP say the death of a man from Coalhurst last week does not appear to be suspicious at this time.
Emergency crews were called out to a home at 5625 2 Street on Tuesday, May 30, for a report of a garage fire.
When the fire was extingushed, they found a 62-year old man deceased in the building.
RCMP Staff Sgt. Glenn Henry says a medical examiner’s report will be completed, but that could take a few months.
He says the exact cause of death has not been determined, and fire intvestigators are still trying to figure out the cause of the blaze.
