Wind plays havoc with semis on Southern Alberta Highways

LETHBRIDGE –  Semi trailer units were no match for the wind Tuesday afternoon.  Around 2:00 a semi was blown over on Highway-22 in the Crowsnest Pass.  Then, around 4:00, another two semi units succumbed to the wind along Highway-3. 
 
Coalhurst fire crews were called to a rollover one kilometre west of Hwy 509, which dropped traffic down to a single lane. 
 
Another semi rolled into the north-bound ditch north of the Monarch overpass.
