Police seek witnesses in December assault

LETHBRIDGE – A December assault outside a Lethbridge business has police appealing for witnesses to come forward.

The case dates back to around 2:15 a.m. Dec. 17, when police say a 33-year-old man was found outside a nightclub on the 1000 block of Mayor Magrath Drive South and taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Police were responding to a report of a disturbance at the time, and say the man had been assaulted.
