Police seize sawed-off shotgun and stolen property from south-side home

LETHBRIDGE –  Two Lethbridge residents are facing multiple charges in relation to an ongoing drug trafficking investigation in the downtown core.
 
On Friday, Jan 12, members of the Downtown Policing Unit, Priority Crimes Unit and Patrols executed a search warrant at a home along the 1200 block of 6 Avenue South.
 
Police seized a sawed-off shotgun, ammunition, knives, swords, throwing knives, a baton and two airsoft handguns, a small quantity of fentanyl, ID cards, credit cards, a debit terminal and a variety of other stolen property worth $7,600, including a 2010 Jeep, tools, electronics, cell phones, a purse and video games. 
 
35-year old Clement Nolan Black Rabbit, faces 15 charges, for possession of stolen property and possession of prohibited weapons.

28-year old Chantelle Joyce Pantherbone, faces 12 similar charges.

The pair made an initial court appearance on Monday, Jan 15.
