Arrest warrant issued for one of two men facing charges relating to firearms

LETHBRIDGE –  Charges have laid against two men and an arrest warrant issued in relation to multiple firearm offences.
 
On Tuesday, Feb 13, the Critical Incident Response Team executed a search warrant at a home in the 2100 block of Palm Road South after being tipped off that the occupants were in possession of a firearm.
 
Police recovered a 12-gauge shotgun and rounds of ammunition from the home and two men were arrested.   One man was charged and the other released without charges. A warrant has been issued for the arrest of another man.
 
28-year old Brandon Michael Coster-Tarcon, is charged with unauthorized possession of a firearm, possession of a firearm obtained by the commission of an offence, knowingly possessing an unauthorized firearm, possession of an offensive weapon, careless use/storage of a firearm.
 
Coster-Tarcon was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 21.

18- year old Braydon Shane Fuson, is charged with unauthorized possession of a firearm, three counts of possession of a prohibited firearm, possession of a firearm obtained by crime, careless use of a firearm, knowingly possessing an unauthorized firearm, and possession of an offensive weapon.

The arrest warrant was issued for Fuson, whose whereabouts are unknown at this time.
