COALDALE – Expect delays for the next few hours near the intersection of Hwy 845 and Hwy 512, after a collision between a tandem semi truck hauling corn, and a black SUV occured just before 2 p.m. Tuesday afternoon.

RCMP say the Lincoln MKV was travellling eastbound on Highway 512 when it was struck by the semi going northbound on Hwy 845.

Police say there is a stop sign at the intersection on Highway 512 eastbound, and the speed limit of Highway 845 is 100 km/hr.
