LETHBRIDGE - People in Hardieville should prepare for a planned power outage Wednesday, Oct. 11.

The north Lethbridge neighbourhood will be in the dark between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. while the city upgrades the lines. If you have a garage, make sure your car is outside.

Unemployment rate climbs in Lethbridge/Medicine Hat in September

LETHBRIDGE - The unemployment rate for Lethbridge-Medicine Hat jumped in September - but it's still the lowest in the province.

The rolling three-month unadjusted rate increased from 4.5 to 5.1 per cent, still well below the 6.7 per cent of a year earlier.

UPDATE: No threat or danger found after post referencing college
