Christmas tree pickup set for Saturday

LETHBRIDGE - It's finally time to unload the Christmas tree.

Youth groups will be picking up natural Christmas trees starting Saturday, Jan. 13 along the usual garbage collection routes, though it may take a couple of days for them to get all the trees collected.

UPDATE 3:30 p.m.: The cold warning has ended for Lethbridge/Taber. The other warnings remain.

UPDATE 8:50 a.m.: The Lethbridge/Taber region has been added to the extreme cold warning.
