Hurricanes tie best-of-7 with Rebels in a 5-2 game

LETHBRIDGE -  On Sunday night, Red Deer Rebels Associate Coach Jeff Truitt expected the Hurricanes to push back in game two of their best of seven after the Canes dropped the first game 4-2 the night before.  Push back is what the Rebels got.

Hurricanes gear up for first round playoff matchup with Rebels

LETHBRIDGE – It's that time of year again.

After six seasons of misery and watching other WHL teams enjoy playoff hockey, the Lethbridge Hurricanes are making their second straight trip to the post-season.

LETHBRIDGE – Western Hockey League Commissioner Ron Robison made a special trip to Lethbridge Friday (Mar. 17), to recognize a longtime supporter of the Lethbridge Hurricanes and the WHL.
