VICTORIA:   A ten game winning streak came to an end for the Lethbridge Hurricanes in Victoria, as the team fell 3-1 to the Royals.

The Canes lone goal came from Ryley Lindgren in the 3rd period, assisted by Brayden Burke and Andrew Nielsen. The Royals outshot Lethbridge 42-17.

In spite of the loss, the 36-and-13 Hurricanes remain in top spot in the WHL with 72-points, one point ahead of the second place Kelowna Rockets, who have a game in hand.

The Canes, who sit in 6th place in the CHL, continue their road trip in Vancouver Saturday night.
