Lethbridge Hurricanes Drop 4-3 Decision to Edmonton

LETHBRIDGE:  With just three games left in the regular season, the Lethbridge Hurricanes were toppled 4-3 by the Edmonton Oil Kings Sunday night.

Giorgio Estephan scored once and set up two more for Lethbridge, while Andrew Nielsen and Brayden Burke added a goal and an assist apiece.

Goalie Stuart Skinner made 40 saves in defeat, at the Canes were out-shot 44 to 35.

At game end, the Canes sit with a record of 45-23-2. The team, with 92 points, is in second place in the Eastern Conference, behind Brandon (96). In the WHL standings, Lethbridge behind Victoria (100), Kelowna (tied with Brandon with 96 points).
