LETHBRIDGE –   We knew it was coming, along with the long weekend.

Gas prices have jumped in Lethbridge and across the province.

On Thursday night, gas prices hovered around 95-cents a litre at many stations in Lethbridge and can still be found between 93.4 and 95.4.  However, many of the big dealers have hiked prices by seven to eight cents a litre, with pump prices hovering around 102.9

Prices have increased across the province as well, to an average of 101.2 cents a litre.  There are still bargains to be had.  Prices as low as 85.6 to 86.9 can be found in Calgary.
