Suspect identified after three assaulted in home

LETHBRIDGE – A noon hour assault in north Lethbridge has police looking for a man they’ve identified as a suspect.

According to Lethbridge Police, at approximately 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 8, three people were assaulted in a home in the Uplands neighbourhood. The man drove away before police could get there.

But they were called there again when he returned later in the day. He ran away and couldn’t be found.

31-year-old Darrin Bresselaar of Lethbridge is wanted on charges of two counts of assault, aggravated assault, and mischief. A warrant has been issued for his arrest. Anyone with information is asked to call Lethbridge Police or Crime Stoppers.
