MEDICINE HAT – Police are hoping residents can help them track down several suspects involved in a hit and run early Sunday morning.

Emergency crews were called to a home in the 700 block of Taylor Road SE shortly after midnight.

Police say a 2006 Chrysler 300 was heading southbound when it left the road and slammed into a cargo trailer parked in a driveway, pushing it into the attached garage.

The vehicle also caused damage to a neighbouring home.

Officers say the damage is estimated at $120,000.

Police say the people inside the vehicle took off on foot. They’ve yet to be identified.

Anyone who witnessed the crash or has information on the suspects is asked to call police at 403-529-8481.
