Volunteers sought by CSP for the upcoming ski season

LETHBRIDGE – Despite the summer weather dragging into the fall, the Canadian Ski Patrol is preparing for the upcoming winter season and looking for volunteers.
CSP is holding a recruit night tomorrow (Sept. 7) from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at CASA. Officials are looking for volunteers to join the Southern Alberta Zone of the CSP at Castle Mountain Resort.
The volunteer patrol provides First Aid response to the public at ski areas across the country and the organization has been active since 1941.
A release from the group says if you’re a passionate, strong skier or boarder who enjoys helping others this just may be the group for you.
