County now accepting applications for community grants.

LETHBRIDGE – Community groups in Lethbridge County are once again eligible for assistance for projects that would benefit people in the county.

Applications are being accepted for the Lethbridge County Community Grant Program. It’s aimed at encouraging facility improvements and participation through money for capital projects. Examples could include facility renovations, equipment purchases, or beautification.

The deadline for groups to apply is June 1. Groups can apply on the Lethbridge County website, or by e-mail, fax, in writing, or in person at the county office.
