Sewer re-lining work to affect London Road, Fleetwood areas

LETHBRIDGE – A project to rehabilitate aging sanitary sewer lines is moving to a new neighbourhood.

Starting Friday, May 11, crews are moving on to the London Road and Fleetwood areas for approximately three weeks. The sewer relining uses Cured-In-Place Pipe and is accomplished without digging up roads.

The work will still cause traffic disruptions. Drivers are asked to use caution around crews and follow detours.

The project began in April in the area along Scenic Drive South.
