Lethbridge County inviting residents to participate in Communications Survey

Jun 4, 2018 | 5:30 AM

LETHBRIDGE – Residents of Lethbridge County are being invited to take part in the 2018 Communications Survey to offer feedback and suggestions to the administration on the effectiveness of the County’s communications strategy.

The short five to ten-minute survey is available to County residents, asking for the level of satisfaction with the communications they receive, how they’re currently receiving County information, and other questions to help Council and administration to find the best ways to communicate.

The survey is available now and will close on June 30. Printed surveys will also be offered at the Lethbridge and Picture Butte administration offices.

Following the conclusion of the survey, a report on the results will be generated and made available to the public.

In a release, the County says these results will help guide the communications strategy in the future, so they can continue working to ensure residents are well-informed.

Submitted surveys cannot be used to identify individuals, but comments made in the survey will be included in the report.
