Bulls rally for win in extra innings

LETHBRIDGE – The Bulls rallied for a 4-3 extra-innings win over the Okotoks Dawgs Tuesday, June 19.
Ashton Roy drove in the tying run with a two-out single in the bottom of the ninth, bringing home Brett Semeniuk. Then in the tenth, Kaleb Warden singled to drive home Hank Forrest and end the game.
Derrick Talon was awarded the win, entering the game with one out in the ninth and allowing just one hit. He relieved starter Andrew Grieder, who strike out seven batters while allowing three runs on seven hits in eight and a third innings.
Attendance at Spitz Stadium was 639 on a sunny, warm Tuesday evening.
