Bulls lose to Swift Current in first game of two-game series

LETHBRIDGE – The Bulls surrendered a 5-2 lead to lose to the visiting Swift Current 57s 14-7 at Spitz Stadium Thursday, June 28.

Dylan Borman and Blake MacDonald each hit their third home run of the season, but it wasn’t enough as the 57s rallied to score 12 runs in the sixth, seventh, and eighth innings. Borman had a pair of RBIs.

The Bulls went through six pitchers, with reliever Seth Spangler tagged with the loss.

The two teams will face each other again Friday, June 29. Game time at Spitz Stadium is 7:05.
