Bulls hold on for 7-6 win over Giants

LETHBRIDGE – The Lethbridge Bulls defeated the Fort McMurray Giants 7-6 on Friday, July 20, in a game that could have playoff implications in the future. 

With the win, Lethbridge now has a two-game cushion over Fort McMurray for fourth place and the final postseason spot in the Western Division. 

A three-run 7th inning proved to be the difference for the Bulls, who are now 5-5 in their last 10 games.

Dustin Braun hit two home runs and drove in three runs overall in the Bulls victory, while reliever Seth Spangler earned the Lethbridge win and Chris Stodolka grabbed the save.
