LETHBRIDGE – Trying to stay cool in the relentless heat can be challenging, but there are many facilities the City of Lethbridge says the public can take advantage of.

Both branches of the Public Library are free to stop in and cool off, as are the spray park in Galt Gardens, and Casa.

Most pools and some arenas are also open, and their schedules are available by calling their 24-hour lines. You can reach the pool hotline by calling 403-320-4970, and the arena hotline by calling 403-320-7971. Schedules are also available on the City’s website at http://www.lethbridge.ca

The Galt Museum and Helen Schuler Nature Centre are also open to help the public stay cool.
