Rollover on Blood Reserve claims one life, sends three to hospital

STANDOFF —  A vehicle roll-over on the Blood Reserve on Sunday, Nov. 25 is responsible for one fatality and injuries to three other people.

The incident happened around 6:30 p.m. on Township Road 41, east of Highway 2 on the Reserve. All four occupants of the vehicle were ejected.

One person died on the scene, while the others, including the driver, were taken to area hospitals with undetermined injuries.

Names have not been released.

An RCMP collision analyst is assisting with the continuing investigation. However, Blood Tribe Police have determined that alcohol was a factor in the rollover.
