Two arrested after carfentanil, crack cocaine found in Blood Reserve home

STANDOFF – Two men have been charged by Blood Tribe Police, after crack cocaine, carfentanil, and other drugs were found during a search.

Police say the search warrant was carried out Wednesday, Nov. 28 at a home in the Moses Lake community on the Blood Reserve. A news release says 21.5 g of crack, nine carfentanil tablets, oxycodone, drug paraphernalia, prepaid credit cards, and $379.80 cash were seized.

The accused, Richard Prairie Chicken and Duane Small Eyes, were in custody charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine and carfentanil and possession of the proceeds of crime.

The two were scheduled to appear in court Friday, Nov. 30.
