LETHBRIDGE --  ***Up-Date - On December 21, police confirmed the owner of the skid steer had been located.

Police need the public’s help as they try to locate the owner of a recovered skid steer.

On August 30, the Case mini loader skid steer, model 1845C, was found on the back of a trailer unit that had previously been reported stolen. The owner of the trailer was identified but, confirmed the skid steer wasn’t his.

Police believe the skid steer to have been stolen but attempts to locate the rightful owner have been unsuccessful.

Anyone with information about the skid steer or its owner is asked to contact police at 403-328-4444 and reference file number 18017506.

Proof of ownership, such as the serial number, will be required to claim the skid steer.

Expect to be pulled over and to take a breathalyzer test at check stops - Lethbridge Police Service
