LETHBRIDGE, AB – The City of Lethbridge has extended picnic shelter availability for this season.

Thanks to nice weather conditions on the horizon, some of the city’s popular picnic shelters will stay available for use until November 1.

Popson and Rotary picnic shelters can be booked over the phone at 403-320-3020 or online here.

Smaller picnic shelters, including Baroness, Kiwanis and Nicholas Sheran, will be available free of charge for drop-in use as scheduled seasonal cleaning is now finished.

The Elks, John Martin and Henderson shelters are closed until spring as these facilities require earlier winterization. More details about other outdoor activities can be found here.
