Fatal house fire under investigation in Brooks

BROOKS, AB – Fire officials and RCMP are continuing to investigate a fatal residential fire in Brooks.
Emergency responders were called to a home in the community at approximately 3:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 12, 2023.
Three people were able to get out of the residence.
Once the flames were extinguished, Brooks RCMP says the remains of a 62-year-old man were located inside the home.
