LETHBRIDGE, AB – The Lethbridge Farmers’ Market will open for the 2023 season on Saturday, June 10.

The market will run each Saturday through Oct. 14, and features free admission and free parking. It will run from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Lethbridge & District Exhibition’s North Pavilion.

The Lethbridge Farmers’ Market is the only Alberta Approved Farmers’ Market in Lethbridge, which certifies that at least 80 per cent of goods sold at the market are made, baked or grown in Alberta.

Mike Warkentin, Lethbridge & District Exhibition CEO said, “The Farmers’ Market is not only a great way for shoppers to directly support local vendors, but it’s a place where our community comes together for a unique Lethbridge experience. We know this will be another great year.”

According to a release, the Saturday market attracted nearly 57,000 people last year.

Applications to be a vendor at the market are still being accepted, and they can be sent to the company’s website.
