Assessment Notices for Income Producing Properties Mailed Out

LETHBRIDGE – Assessment notices have been mailed out to 21-hundred income producing properties.

Those include apartments, offices, retail and industrial spaces.

Owners should review their assessment valuations and contact the City Taxation office if there are any questions or concerns.

The city points out the assessment includes an estimate of 2016 taxes…but is not your 2016 tax bill.
