PBR Challenge Comes to Lethbridge

LETHBRIDGE – The PBR Challenge returns to the ENMAX Centre this weekend.

The event kicks off on Thursday night with a performance from country artist Dallas Smith. Professional Bull Riders take over on Friday, with the action continuing on Saturday.

Past Champion Scott Schiffner says the event is an absolute thrill. “It’s still wild west with real live bucking bulls. You get 1,500 to 2,000 pound bucking bulls that are jumping three feet in the air, kicking over their head, it’s unbelieveable right there, it’s like the circus on steroids,” explains Schiffner.

This is the fourth consecutive year that the ENMAX Centre has hosted a two day PBR event. An attendance record was set last year and officials are looking to break that number this year.
