University Celebrates Global Brain Awareness Week
LETHBRIDGE – The University of Lethbridge’s Canadian Centre for Behavioural Neuroscience opens its doors today (March 19) for the public to explore more about brain research in their community.
You’ll be able to tour the labs and talk with researchers as part of their Brain Awareness Week open house from 10-am to 1-pm.
Brain Awareness Week is a global campaign aimed to increase awareness around the progress and many benefits of brain research.
Chair of the Department of Neuroscience, Dr. Matthew Tata, will also be talking at the Yates on Tuesday, March 22 at 7-pm about the University’s research into cognitive robotics.
