Mar 26, 2016 | 10:16 AM

LETHBRIDGE – You have a chance to sit in on the Leadercast conference in Atlanta, without leaving Lethbridge.

The leadership conference, which has been running for 16-years, is being broadcast live to 600 sites around the world, and Lethbridge College will be one of those sites.

Lethbridge-Taber KidSport is hosting the event in our city and will collect all proceeds.

Local KidSport Chair, Malcom Kano, attended the Leadercast conference via simulcast from Calgary last year, and he goes over what you can expect from it, “I think they’re going to come away with a bunch of ideas that will help them in their professional and personal life, regarding setting some goals, looking at how they can better themselves, their companies for the future.”

The theme of this year’s conference is “Architects of Tomorrow”, focussing on visionary leaders. The list of keynote speakers includes Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak, University of Alabama Head Football Coach Nick Saban, and Navy SEAL Commander and author Rorke Denver.

The conference is May 6, 2016, in the IB Theatre at the college, with registration at 8-am and the event beginning at 9-am. Tickets are $150 with a lunch provided, and only 300 seats are available.

You can purchase your tickets here.
