LETHBRIDGE – A 28-year old Calgary man accused of sexually assaulting an adult and two minors at a Lethbridge hotel has entered pleas of not guilty.

On April 16, 2016, the Lethbridge Police Service was called to a hotel in the 2300 block of Mayor Magrath Drive South, after receiving a complaint that a woman and two girls were inappropriately touched at the hotel swimming pool.

Wijdan Yasir was located at the hotel and arrested without incident.

Wednesday morning in court, Yasir entered not guilty pleas and had the matter set over to June 22, at which time it’s expected a trial date will be set.
