New Traffic Signals for Stafford Drive North and Partial Road Closure on Friday

LETHBRIDGE: Motorists will need to take note of improvements along Stafford drive. New traffic signals will be activated on Friday (May 27th), at the intersection of Scenic Drive North and Stafford Drive North.

The signals will initially operate in flash mode with flashing red for motorists entering the intersection from Stafford Drive North and flashing yellow for motorists entering the intersection from Scenic Drive North. The signals will be in full operation starting Monday, May 30th at 6:30 a.m.

Improvements to this intersection also include the addition of pedestrian crossing signals at every corner.

Also on Friday, lane closures will be in effect for bridge deck testing on the Stafford Drive North highway/CP railway overpass.
