Police Resume Mailing Photo Radar Tickets and Police Information Checks

LETHRBIDGE:  ***Up-Date   As Canada Post has withdrawn its 72-hour notice to lockout employees and mail delivery is continuing at this time, police will resume mailing photo radar tickets and Police Information Checks or PICs.

 Police will continue to monitor the situation closely and update the public accordingly should a disruption to postal services occur.

 At present, PICs and photo radar tickets will be mailed to recipients as usual. 

On Thursday, July 7th, LPS released a bulletin that due to a possible Canada Post strike/lock-out, the Lethbridge Police Service would temporarily suspended the mailing of all Police Information Checks and photo radar tickets. With the lockout notice rescinded, Police will again be mailing tickets and PICs.
