Police Need Help Identifying Suspects involved in Theft of Truck and Trailer
LETHBRIDGE: Police are investigating the theft of a flat deck truck June 17 and the theft of a gooseneck trailer on the same date where the stolen truck appears to have been used to haul the trailer away.
On June 18th, police responded to a business compound along the 3300 block of 32 Avenue North after a white 2005 Chev Silverado flat deck truck was stolen. Investigation determined that two unknown males in a white minivan, who were wearing reflective safety vests, attended the business June 17 and were confronted by staff and told to leave.
Before leaving it is believed the men had gained access to the truck stole a set of keys that had been left inside it, then returned after hours to steal it.
One of the subjects was described as being in his late 30s and the other in his 50s. Both were described as “rough looking.”
