Jury at trial of alleged Quebec election shooter to return Wednesday
MONTREAL — Jurors at the trial of accused Quebec election killer Richard Henry Bain will return for a fifth day of deliberations Wednesday.
They ended their fourth day of discussions at the Montreal courthouse on Tuesday without emerging from their room.
Bain is charged with first-degree murder and three counts of attempted murder.
The charges relate to a shooting outside a nightclub where then-Parti Quebecois leader Pauline Marois was addressing party faithful after her election win on Sept. 4, 2012.
