Police Ask For Help Locating Missing 30-Year Old Woman

LETHBRIDGE – Police are seeking assistance in locating a missing a 30-year-old woman.

Twylia Joy Russell (pictured above) was last seen by her family on August 13, and was reported missing on August 15. Attempts to locate Russell have been unsuccessful, and police are concerned for her well-being.
