Corrective to Aug. 16 story on B.C. real estate tax

COQUITLAM, B.C. — The Canadian Press erroneously reported on Aug. 16 that British Columbia has brought in a tax on homebuyers in Metro Vancouver who are non-residents of the province. In fact, the tax applies to foreign buyers only.
