South Side Garage Fires Result in $40,000 Damage

LETHBRIDGE – Police and Fire crews were called to two residential garage fires in the 600 block of the 15 Street South around 7:00 Saturday (Sept. 3) morning.

Initial fire crews on-sight called in two additional stations.The fire consumed two single garages and one truck.

No injuries were reported and the fire was contained to the garages. The Lethbridge Police Service Victim and Witness Services were called in to help those affected by the fire.

Damage is estimated at $40,00 and the fire is under ivestigation.
